We Margery Pulleyne, widow, late the wife of John Pulleyne of Tyvettyshale, and Robert Bown of the same have granted, demised, enfoeffed and by this charter confirmed to John Jenney, clerk, John Massenger of Dekilburgh, mercer, and John Wetherby of Tyvettyshale, their heirs and assigns, one enclosure containing 9 acres of land in Tyvettyshale, as it lies between land of John Hevenyngham, knight, on the south and land late of John Geffrey on the north, one head thereof abutting on the way called Westgateweye to the east and the other head thereof abutting on land late of the said John Hevenyngham to the west, which we together with the said John Pulleyne and Geoffrey Wade now deceased lately had jointly of the gift of John Gosse of Pulham the younger and Robert Kersey of Tyvettyshale, as by their charter dated at Tyuettyshale on 20 May 10 Edward IV [1470] is sufficiently evident, to hold to them, their heirs and assigns of the chief lords for ever. Warranty by Margery Pulleyne and her heirs.
