Know that I John de Retherdenne have given to Thomas Funk, for 26 shillings and 8 pence sterling which he has given as gersum, 2 acres of my land lying in the parish of Seuenak' in the field called Stoniredene (or Stouiredene), in length between my land and the wood of the lord Archbishop towards the east and west, in width between the land of Bartholomew Walclyn and the wood of the lord Archbishop towards the south and north, to hold of the chief lords to Thomas, his heirs and assigns freely by hereditary right for ever, by the services owed annually.
I John and my heirs will warrant against all people for ever.
In witness whereof I have put my seal, 5 Edward [II].
