11. and thesaid John and his assignes shall bere all charges of warkemanshipp of all thachyn howsis
excepte that thesaid Jamys and his heyres shall fynd
12. strawe and all man[er] of tymber for the rep[ar]acion of thesaid howsis at therp[ro]per cost and
charge and at theend of thabovesaid t[er]me thesaid John and his
13. assignes shall leve them repaired and tenantabill at ther Cost and charge, and thesaid Jamys Cole and his heires shall in ev[er]ythinge sufficiantly repaire
14. and maynten alle other howsis that is cov[er]ed and healid w[i]t[h] stone at there p[ro]per cost
and charge as ofte as nede requireth duringe thesaid t[er]me and ov[er] that
15. shall yerly fynd thesaid John and his assignes iiii lodis of wood for ther ffewell duryng thesaid
t[er]me and thesaid Jamys shall have at all tymes
16. of his co[m]mynge in to the Cuntray a chamber and a stabill for hym selfe his wyffe and for iii
or iiii parsones comyng w[i]t[h] them for thespace of a moneth or ii
17. withowte any impediment of thesaid John or his assignes during thesaid t[er]me, and if hit so happyn that thabovesaid Rent of xls [40 shillings] be byhind
