Know that we Acrisius de Whasehow of Halghton and Agnes, my wife, have given
to John Hawmondson of Newton Morell 1 messuage, 1 acre of land, 3 roods of land in the vill of Joleby, as it lies in the same field, namely
2 roods of land abut on Henpolmyre, between the land of Sir Richard le Scrope on one side and the land of Hugh Oxenell on the other, and 2 roods of land lie at le Heghthorne,
between the land of Thomas Smyth on the south side and the land of John de Multon on the north side, and 1 rood of land lying in Brynmyrebothum, between the land of Thomas Smyth on
the west side and the land of diverse free tenants on the east side, and 2 roods of land lie in the croft next to the same messuage, to hold
to him, his heirs and assigns of the chief lords
for ever.
Warranty against all people.
In witness whereof we have put our seals.
