I Thomas, son of Michael de Werdil, have granted and confirmed to Matthew de Kyrkescha[g]h' and his heirs or assigns a moiety of 1 bovate of meadow in the vill of Hunr[e]sfeld' lying in le Toun[..]gis and a certain part of meadow lying under [S?]obbewodefal, to hold to him and his heirs or assigns of me and my heirs, rendering yearly to me and my heirs 1 rose flower at the feast of St John the Baptist for all services.
Warranty against all people.
In witness whereof for me and my heirs I have put my seal to this charter.
