Grant by Denise, who was the wife of Richard del Cote, to John Dronsfeld of the reversion of lands in High Hoyland [Yorkshire], 1365

I Denise, who was the wife of Richard del Cote, have granted to John Dronsfeld' and his heirs the reversion of all the lands and tenements which Joan, who was the wife of Richard Kent, holds for her life in Netherbretton' in the vill of Holand' and I will that all the aforesaid tenements which ought to revert to me and my heirs after the death of Joan shall remain to John and his heirs for ever. I and my heirs will warrant all the tenements to John, his heirs and assigns against all men for ever. In witness whereof I have put my seal.
Witnesses: John de Shellay, Robert de Roclay, John de Gouhilthwait, John del Hagh', Henry del Hagh' and Walter Page.
Given at Holand' on Sunday next before the feast of St Michael the Archangel, 39 Edward III [28 September 1365].
