John atte Hill, son of William atte Hill of Framlyngham [Suffolk], Thomas atte Hill, chaplain, and Edward
Balle, otherwise called Edward Balles, of Framlyngham have demised to John Tymp[er]le, Richard
Sothewell and William Holond, esquires, all the lands and tenements, rents and services in the vill of Framlyngham
which were late of Thomas Cretyngge and 1 meadow as it lies enclosed in the same vill of Framlyngham,
between the land of the aforesaid John atte Hill on the north side and a certain way on the south side, and 1 head abutting on the meadow late of Martin
Stowe, formerly of John Peteman, to the east and another head abutting on part of the same way to the west - which
lands and tenements, rents and services we lately had together with John Barwe, now deceased, of the grant
of Katherine, late the relict of Thomas Cretyngge, Reynold Banham,the parson of the church of Framlyngham, and Thomas Launce of the same,
and which meadow we lately had of the demise of Robert Rous of Denyngton and John Barwe
of Framlyngham, as is contained more fully in their several charters made to us - to hold
to John Tymp[er]le, Richard Sothewell and William Holond, their heirs and
assigns, of the chief lords.
