We Elizeus Coole, Robert Henneker and John Champ have handed over, demised and by this charter confirmed
to Thomas Henneker the elder that tenement called Castell[es] and 8 acres of arable land in
the parish of Bradgar in the hundred of Milton in the county of Kent, which
we have of the gift and feoffment of William Champ, to hold
to him, his heirs and assigns for ever of the chief lords.

John Elbryght, Richard Roger, Henry Dene and others.
Given at Bradgar 28 September 11 Henry VII [1495].
