Transcripts of the tithe award schedules from the 1830s and 1840s, to accompany digitised tithe maps available on CD-ROM. Though obviously not medieval records, the schedules are a very useful source of local place names.

Research project investigating the development of professional soldiery between 1369 and 1453. The site includes a searchable database of 220,000 soldiers compiled from muster rolls and records of protections and garrisons. There are also profiles of a number of individual soldiers and essays on related topics.
