Richard atte Mulne of Magna Lekcha'sted' [Great Leckhampstead, Buckinghamshire] has given, granted and confirmed to Adam le Breton of the same 1 messuage with the adjacent curtilage in the vill of Magna Lekcha'sted' by the messuage of Amauri Bretoun and 12 acres of land lying in various parcels in the fields of Magna Lekcha'sted'. Also the reversion of 1 messuage [and] of 1 acre of land and a half which William Wisma' and Cecily, his wife, hold for the term of their lives. Also the reversion of 1 acre of land and a half which Agnes, formerly the daughter of William le Smyth', holds for the term of her life. To hold to Adam and his heirs or assigns.
Warranty, acquittance and defence by Richard and his heirs.
