Serallus Tyrel of Hasele Magna [Great Haseley, Oxfordshire] has conveyed, granted and confirmed to Robert Gater, Eve, his wife, and Robert, their son, a tenement and 2 acres of land and a half which John Colyn formerly held, which tenement is situated between the tenements of Serallus on each side and 1 half acre lying in the west field by the land of Hugh Geue [or Gene] on the south side and 1 half acre lying in the same field by the land of William Eymer [on] the north [side] and 1 half acre lying in the field which is called Wyndmilnfeld' at Pikedlond' by the land which Thomas Sykeys formerly held and 1 half acre lying in the east field by the land of the rector and 1 half acre lying in the same field at Boyelilond' by the land of Robert Cripse.
To hold of Serallus Tyrel and his heirs or assigns, to Robert Gater, Eve, his wife, and Robert, their son, for the term of their lives, rendering yearly 2 shillings at two terms, namely 12 pence at the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary in March and 12 pence at the feast of St Michael the Archangel.
