This index is compiled from The National Archives JUST 2/270 roll for Huxloe and Nassaburgh hundreds. The short roll is in bad condition and is badly damaged resulting in the loss of detail for all reports and some parts are practically illegible.

The National Archives date the roll to 7-8 Edward II (1313-15) but the AALT website dates it to Edward I (1279).

Image (AALT)		 Kettering Peter de Pappelode died in the house of Walter de La___, he confessed and took communion. Peter went to 'boscum de goldeneye'. Possible died cutting wood.

Image (AALT)		 Barton Seagrave At Barton Hanred, (Henry) Stircup de Syresham had wound under the right eye made with an arrow. Adam de Wakel__. He lived to confess and take communion in the manor of Nicholas de Sedgrave at Barton. The arrow was worth 1 penny.

Image (AALT)		 Aldwinckle Membrane part missing. In a place called Longhyl in the fields of Aldewyncle an unknown man was found with head wound made with a pollex or so it seemed. Pledge from Alan Remoys of Lowick. Coroner was R. de Veer. Killed by unknown thieves.

Image (AALT)		 Aldwinckle In the fields of Aldewyncle an unknown person was found dead from a knife wound to the heart and his throat cut or so it appeared. R. de Veer coroner. Riding at the bridge de Henkeslowe in the fields of Islip when came Hugh son of Robert Mossen, Nicholas Brond of Undele, William de Ayl___ (presumably the assailants). Captured and taken to the gaol at Peterborough. Chattels worth 4 pounds.
