The National Archives gaol delivery roll JUST 3/137A covers several counties including Northamptonshire from January 1351 to January 1354. The roll contains longer accounts of court proceedings including the values of items stolen and jury verdicts. Some accounts are quite long and detailed. This index of names and places is intended simply as a finding aid for deliveries to gaols at Northampton castle and at Peterborough. Further information about the offences is available in the original roll.
