Inquest was taken before John Hareld coroner on the oaths of Roger London of Kyldesby, Thomas Beneton of the same, John Davy of the same, Richard Rooksby of Creek, William Prest of the same, Alexander Boverton of the same, John Balches of Beroughby, John Draton of the same, William Gylbard of the same, William Sabyn of Watford, John Elbeth of the same & John Blakeyslee senior of the same, jurors. Walter Peryngton of Kyldesby bocher on the same Sunday at Kyldesby struck Nicholas with a horsbetyll on the left side of his head and he died soon afterwards. Walter's chattels were worth 13 shillings 4 pence for which the vill of Kyldesby responds. Robert Reede found him first, pledges from William Leedon & John (Redryse). |
