| Agreement: | Henry has recognised the aforesaid tenements with appurtenances is the right of Johanne. And by this agreement the same Thomas and Johanne grant the said Henry the tenements with appurtenances, for the life of Henry. The same Henry is to have and hold of Thomas Verlay and Johanne his wife and the heirs of Johanne for the life of Henry. And after the death of the same Henry the aforesaid tenements with appurtenances are to revert wholly to Thomas and Johanna and the heirs of Johanna, quit of the heirs of Henry, to be held of the chief lords in perpetuity. |

Paying two shillings of silver per annum at the feast of Saint Michaelmas for all services, customs and taxes to the aforesaid Thomas and Johanna and heirs of the same Johanna. Thomas and Johanna and the heirs of the same Johanna providing to the chief lords of the fee all other services which pertain to them for the life of Henry.
