Property: 1 messuage, 110 acres of land, 1 acre of meadow and 19 shillings, 1 penny, 1 halfpenny and 1 farthing of rent in Wilmundele, which John, son of Lawrence de Bottele, and Joan, his wife, hold for their lives.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: John de Wanlyngton' and Lucy have acknowledged the tenements to be the right of Agnes, and have granted for themselves and the heirs of Lucy that the tenements - which John, son of Lawrence, and Joan held for their lives of the inheritance of Lucy in the aforesaid vill on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of John, son of Lawrence, and Joan ought to revert to John de Wanlyngton' and Lucy and the heirs of Lucy - after the decease of John, son of Lawrence, and Joan shall remain to Agnes and her heirs, to hold of the chief lords for ever.

For this: Agnes has given them 100 marks of silver.
