Property: Concerning [a plea] that John should acquit him concerning the service that the lord king [..] from him [...] his free tenement which he holds of John in Tywyng', to wit, in respect of 2 messuages, 180 acres of land, 1 mill, [...] shillings of rent and the advowson of the church of the same vill, and whereof the prior complained that for the default [of John] he was distrained that he should render to the lord king 2 shillings a year for the tenement, and whereof John, who [is] mesne [between] them, should acquit him.
