Agreement: Roger has acknowledged the tenements to be the right of Margery. For this, John and Margery have granted for themselves and the heirs of Margery that the tenements - which William Olneye and Avice, his wife, held for their lives of the inheritance of Margery in the aforesaid vill on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of William and Avice ought to revert to John and Margery and the heirs of Margery - after the decease of William and Margery [sic] shall remain to Roger, to hold of the chief lords for the life of Roger. And after the decease of Roger the tenements shall remain to Reynold, son of the same Roger, and the heirs of his body, to hold of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, remainder to the right heirs of Roger.

Agreement: John and Joan have granted to Edward and Anne the tenements and have rendered them to them in the court, to hold to Edward and Anne and the heirs of their bodies, of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, remainder to the right heirs of Edward.
For this: Edward and Anne have given them 100 marks of silver.
