Agreement: John has granted for himself and his heirs that the manor - which Amice held for life of the inheritance of John on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of Amice ought to revert to John and his heirs - after the decease of Amice shall remain to Giles and Amabilla and the heirs of their bodies, to hold of John and his heirs for ever, rendering yearly 1 rose at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist, and doing to the chief lords all other services.
