And besides William granted for himself and his heirs that the third part of the tenements - which Gilbert de Stambrigge and Beatrice, his wife, held in dower of Beatrice - and that 1 messuage and 2 acres of land - which William le Thressher held for life - and that 1 messuage and 1 acre of land - which Gervase le Monner held for life - and also that 1 messuage and a moiety of 1 acre of land - which [William], son of Henry de Radewell', held for life - of the inheritance of William in the aforesaid vills on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of Beatrice, William le Thressher, Gervase and William, son of Henry, ought to revert to William, son of Michael, and his heirs - after the decease of [the same persons] shall remain to John and Alice and their aforesaid heirs, to hold together with the 2 parts, of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, remainder to the right heirs of John.
Note: This agreement was made in the presence of Gilbert and Beatrice, William le Thressher, Gervase and William, son of Henry, and they did fealty to John and Alice in the court.
