| Agreement: | Ellis and Thomasia have acknowledged the tenements to be the right of John Boure, and have granted for themselves and the heirs of Thomasia that the tenements - which John Hankeford' and Joan held for their lives of the inheritance of Thomasia in the aforesaid vills on the day the agreement was made, and which after the decease of John Hankeford' and Joan ought to revert to Ellis and Thomasia and the heirs of Thomasia - after the decease of John Hankeford' and Joan shall remain to John Boure and Walter and the heirs of John Boure, to hold of the chief lords for ever. |
