Agreement: Roger and Margery have acknowledged the tenements and rent to be the right of Edmund, as those which Edmund and John have of their gift.
For this: Edmund and John have granted to Roger and Margery the tenements and rent and have rendered them to them in the court, to hold to Roger and Margery and the heirs of their bodies, of the chief lords for ever.
