Agreement: John has acknowledged the third part to be the right of Stephen, and has granted for himself and his heirs that the third part of the manor - which Henry and Joan held in dower of Joan of the inheritance of John on the day the agreement was made, and which after the death of Joan ought to revert to John and his heirs - after the death of Joan shall remain to Stephen and his heirs, to hold of the chief lords for ever.
For this: Stephen has given him 20 pounds sterling.
