Property: 20 acres of land, 1 acre and 3 roods of meadow, 1 and a half acres of pasture, pasture for 1 ox and 7 pigs, 1 and a half acres of wood, 30 shillings and 2 pence of rent and a third part of 1 messuage in Cippenham and Burnham.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Reynold and Cecily have acknowledged the tenements and pasture to be the right of Christian, as those which John and Christian have of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed them from themselves and the heirs of Cecily to John and Christian and the heirs of Christian for ever.
For this: John and Christian have granted for themselves and the heirs of Christian that they will render each year to Reynold and Cecily, for the life of Cecily, 10 shillings and 6 pence, to wit, a moiety at the Annunciation and the other moiety at St Michael. Reynold and Cecily shall have the right to distrain. And after the decease of Cecily, John and Christian and the heirs of Christian shall be quit of the payment for ever.
