Agreement: Roger acknowledged that the land, with appurtenances, was Isabel's by right, for her and her heirs to hold of the prior of Southwick and his successors, in perpetuity for free service of 3s. a year viz. 18d. at Easter and 18d. at Michaelmas for all except forinsec service, and he quitclaimed it for himself and his heirs to Isabel and her heirs, in perpetuity. In return, Isabel gave Roger 3 marks, and be it known that this concord was made in the presence, and with the consent, of the prior of Southwick.

In return, John son of Richard gave John son of Walkelin 6 acres of that land in the vill, viz. 1 acre lying in the headland of la Schorteland towards the south; 1 acre lying between the land of William de Bosinton and that of Beatrice de Compton'; 1 acre lying under Ordeneshinche; 1 acre in Baggingeha[m]; 1 acre in the headland of Aldredeslond' towards the west; 1 acre in la Schittissecroft. Agreement: Grecia remitted and quitclaimed to Nicholas and his heirs all right she had in the third knight's fee, with appurtenances, by way of dower. In return, Nicholas gave William and Grecia 60s.

Property: A virgate, with appurtenances, in Charlton (Cherleton'), whence an assize of mort d'ancestor was summoned between them in the court.
Agreement: Reiner acknowledged that the virgate and appurtenances belonged by right to Robert son of William. In return, Robert granted the whole virgate and appurtenances to Reiner to hold from Michaelmas next, after the consecration of William de Bloys, bishop of Worcester, for the following year. At the end of that year, Reiner will pay Robert half the corn crop of the virgate, and will keep the other half for life, with reversion to Robert or his heirs after the death of Reiner. If Reiner dies during the lifetime of his wife Isabel, she will hold a third of the virgate, with appurtenances, for life, as dower.

Property: 2 acres, with appurtenances, in Carisbrooke (Caresbroc), whence an assize of mort d'ancestor was summoned between them in the court.
Agreement: Nicholas acknowledged the 2 acres and appurtenances to be Geoffrey's by right. In return, Geoffrey granted the 2 acres and appurtenances to Nicholas for him and his heirs to hold of Geoffrey and his heirs, paying annually 12d., viz. 6d. at Easter and 6d. at Michaelmas, for service. Also Geoffrey, for himself and his heirs, granted Nicholas and his heirs the acre, with appurtenances, which Cecilia, mother of Nicholas, held in the same vill as dower from the free tenement formerly held by her husband Godfrey, father of Nicholas; 6d. a year at Christmas to be paid for all service after Cecilia's death. This concord was made in the presence of Cecilia, who undertook to claim nothing in the said acre except dower.

Agreement: Matilda remitted and quitclaimed, for herself and her heirs, to Martin and his successors, all right she had in the third of a virgate and appurtenances, by way of dower. In return, Martin granted Matilda 10 acres and 1 and a half acres of meadow to hold for life, paying 12d. annually, at Michaelmas, for all service. After Matilda's death all the land will revert to Martin or his successors.

In return, Hugh granted tenure to Thomas, Agnes and their heirs of the virgate and appurtenances, to be held of him and his successors in the church on condition that the capital messuage, formerly held by Seman de Farendun' will remain to Hugh and his successors in that church, with a certain court pertaining to the messuage and an acre of land, together with an acre which lies in a place called La Buchine and an acre lying in a place called La Wrthe and an acre lying in a place called Anedemersceforlong, with its appurtenances. For this concession Thomas and Agnes, for themselves and their heirs, granted Hugh and his successors in that church half a mark at two annual terms, viz. 40d. at Easter and 40d. at Michaelmas, and [4lbs] wax a year, viz. 2lbs on the day before All Saints, and on Christmas eve, 2lbs. Robert and his heirs will hold them of Eufemia, abbess of Wherwell (Werewell, and her successors, in perpetuity. For this grant, Robert quitclaimed, for himself and his heirs, to Geoffrey and his heirs, all right he had in the remainder of the 2 hides, with appurtenances, in perpetuity. This agreement was made in the presence and with the consent of the abbess.
