William and Margery also granted for themselves and the heirs of Margery that 2 roods of land - which William de Thurgerton' held for a term of 2 years of the inheritance of Margery in the aforesaid vill on the day the agreement was made, and which after the aforesaid term ought to revert to William and Margery and the heirs of Margery - after the aforesaid term shall remain to Matthew, Maud and Denise and the aforesaid heirs of Denise, to hold together with the aforesaid tenements of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, remainder to the right heirs of Maud, quit of the other heirs of Denise.
