For this: Nicholas and Hugh have granted to Roger and Margery the manor, tenements and fishery and have rendered them to them in the court, to hold to Roger and Margery and the heirs begotten by Roger on the body of Margery, of the chief lords for ever. In default of such heirs, the manor, tenements and fishery shall remain to Roger Appulton', son of the aforesaid Roger, to hold of the chief lords for the life of Roger Appulton' the son, and after the decease of Roger Appulton' the son the manor, tenements and fishery shall remain to the right heirs of Roger Appulton', the husband of the aforesaid Margery, to hold of the chief lords for ever.
