Final concord between Thomas Richardson and John Appylyard, 1555

Final concord between Thomas Richardson, querent, and John Appylyard, esquire, deforciant, concerning 20 acres of pasture and 3 acres of wood in Brakonasshe [Bracon Ash, Norfolk]. John acknowledged the tenements to be the right of Thomas, as those which Thomas had of his gift, and remised and quitclaimed them from himself and his heirs to Thomas and his heirs for ever. John granted for himself and his heirs that they would warrant the tenements to Thomas and his heirs against all men. For this Thomas gave John 20 pounds sterling. Westminster, 6 October 1555.
