Bartholomew married, 8 September 1254, Joan, the daughter of Sir William de Beauchamp, who gave with her in free marriage ten virgates and other lands in Sheriff's Lench, Worcestershire [E. Mason, ed., Beauchamp Cartulary Charters 1100-1268 (Pipe Roll Society, new series vol. 43), pp. 20-22 (1980)].

[of Ralph (Boteler), Lord Sudeley (d. 1473)],
m. Eleanor, sis. of Sir John TALBOT,
d. v.p. and s.p. between 1450 and 1468. His widow d. 30 June 1468.]
Eleanor was the daughter of John (Talbot), Earl of Shrewsbury (d. 1453) by his second wife Margaret, daughter of Richard (Beauchamp), Earl of Warwick. She was married to Thomas by 10 May 1453 (when both were living), but Thomas was dead by 15 January 1459/60.
