LUCY

Volume 8, pages 247, 248:
He [Reynold de Lucy (d. c. 1198/9)] m. Amabel, 2nd of the three daughters and coheirs of William FITZDUNCAN and Alice DE RUMILLY his wife, lords of Skipton, Egremont, and Copeland, and had with his wife the last two lordships.

According to K.S.B. Keats-Rohan [Domesday Descendants, pp. 674, 675, 880 (2002)], Alice was the daughter and eventual coheir of William Meschin and Cecily de Rumilly, daughter and heir of Robert de Rumilly of Skipton.

Volume 8, page 261:
REYNOLD LUCY, s. and h., was aged 40 and more at his father's death, and a knight already in 1387. He m., before Feb. 1378/9, Margaret, whose parentage is not known. He d. 9 Nov. 1437.

Douglas Richardson, in October 2001, pointed out that a licence was given 1 July 1369 for their marriage at Bretby Castle; in the record, Margaret is described as the daughter of Sir John de Moubrey [citing William Salt Archaeological Society, new series, vol. 8, p. 47 (1905)].
