Volume 2, page 60:
He [Henry Beaumont (d. 1339/40)] He ... was sum. to Parl. from 4 Mar. (1308/9) 2 Edw. II, to 20 Oct. (1332) 6 Edw. III, by writs directed Henrico de Bellomonte, whereby he may be held to have become LORD BEAUMONT; and from 22 Jan. (1333/4) 7 Edw. III, to 16 Nov. (1339) 13 Edw. III, as EARL OF BUCHAN.

Douglas Richardson, in September 2002, referred to evidence that he died 14 April 1342 at a tournament at Northampton [citing A. Grandsden, Legends, Traditions and History in Medieval England, pp. 267-278 (1992)].
