Petronilla de Crey, wife of Robert Fitz Walter, was party to an agreement concerning the establishment of a manorial chapel at Daventry, 1 November 1284 [M. J. Franklin, ed., The Cartulary of Daventry Priory (Publications of Northamptonshire Record Society, 35), p. 16 (1988)].
