C. W. Foster suggested - as a conjecture - that Adeliz might have remarried to Robert de Condet (d. 10 October, perhaps 1140) [The Registrum Antiqissimum of the Cathedral Church of Lincoln, vol. 1 (Lincoln Record Society vol. 27, 1931), p. 289]. This suggestion is accepted by K. S. B. Keats-Rohan [Domesday Descendants, p. 425].
