Damages 200 pounds.

Henry Vyel against John Malore knight and his wife Joan, Richard Ryant, William Freman, Richard de Drayton, Henry le Eyr, John Cafford, John Smyth, John Broune, Henry Webbe and John Webbe of Thorp juxta Daventry for unjust disseisin of a messuage, watermill and 2 shillings 2 pence rent in Welton. Damages 40 marks.

Heard under commission dated 12th July 1401 to William Thirnyng, John Holand, Giles Malory, John Wythmale and Robert Lumley 29-31st August and 1-2nd September, adjourned to 30-31 March 1402.
